Returns and Exchanges

 

Generally, I do not accept returns or exchanges as all items are made to order. Please see sizing charts in listing images and the sizing page for any questions on fit. That being said, if you are not happy with your order, please contact me! I want you to have a great experience shopping with me.

If your items are damaged or not as expected, please include your order number, photos, and a detailed description. 

Time Capsule Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Please reach out with any issues within three months of your shipping date. No refunds or replacements will be sent outside of this grace period. Thank you for understanding!
